Get Approved by filling out an electronic Mortgage Application.
Upon completion of the application, I will shop the lenders to find you the best mortgage terms, policies and rates available.
The process usually takes a day or two to get the approval from the lender. In that time I will contact you to
let you know that I have received your application, and give you an idea of how your file looks.

Once I have the
application approved, I will call you to set up a convenient time to meet, so that we can go over the terms and answer
any questions.
